The Yoni (Vaginal) Steam dates back thousands of years and is seen in almost every indigenous culture. African, Mayan, Greek, Native American, Cook Islands, Filipino, Japanese, and many other Asian countries have described the practice as Yoni Steam, V-Steams, Vaginal Steaming, Chai-yok, or Bajos. These cultures have used Yoni steaming as a routine ritual to honor and connect with their feminine energy. Yoni Steams can be utilized to restore balance and clear away stagnation. Its popularity has been steadily growing in the West, and for good reason.

How To Use
One ounce equals one steam. Bring water to a low-temperature boil for 15 to 20 minutes. Turn off the heat and allow herbs to steep for 10 to 15 minutes. Transfer herbal water to a pot, sitz bath, or Yoni steam seat. Remove clothing from the waist down. Before squatting or sitting, please use precautions and test the steam. Make sure it is not too hot. It is recommended to drape a long sheet or blanket waist down to the floor, therefore, no steam will escape. Keep your body warm throughout your yoni steam ritual and enjoy.
