Returns & Refund Policy

At Beauty from the Root LLC, we handcraft our skincare products in small, intentional batches using natural and plant-based ingredients. Due to the personal nature of our products and for sanitary reasons, all sales are final.

 

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges on any skincare or wellness products, including soap bars, body oils, and accessories. Please read all product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

 

Refunds

We only issue refunds under the following conditions:

• You received the wrong item

• Your item arrived damaged or defective

If either applies, please email us at beautyfromtherootllc@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the product

• A brief description of the issue

If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary based on your bank or card issuer.

 

Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is marked "delivered" but you have not received it, please first check with neighbors or your local post office. If you’re still unable to locate it, contact us and we’ll do our best to help. However, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked delivered by the carrier.
